No, it's just a vacation. He is visiting few different cities/countries. He has currently moved to another rented apartment from his previous rented apartment. His previous rented apartment had internet access, his current one doesn't. His brother is currently staying in yet another rented apartment (with internet) in the same city (within few kms of bf).
